The shift that transformed my life

Hey, I'm Celeste - an emotional resilience coach who specialises in female nervous system and high-functioning anxiety. I've helped with hundreds of women in 1:1 and group settings for the past 4 years.

In my late 20s, I was exactly where I thought I wanted to be — successful on the outside, but completely disconnected inside.

I pushed harder, added routines, stacked habits, worked hard for promotions in a job I hated, forced myself to stay in a relationship that wasn't right for me… the anxiety I felt on the inside only grew louder.

The path I guide women through now

The process unfolds over twelve weeks, and it follows a rhythm that feels natural. Step by step, we move through three phases, together.

One: Safety is where it begins.

This is about teaching your body that it no longer has to stay on guard all the time.

Small practices create enough safety for rest to finally feel possible again.

The first month is all about understanding your “home base” patterns - how your sleep, breath, nutrition, stress and movement rituals are affecting the state of your nervous system. Here we'll identify which of your habits are keeping you in cycles of chronic stress and burnout.

Then, I'll help you adopt new habits that actually help you feel like the woman you are trying to become - from learning how to fuel your body in a way that supports more stable moods, though to movement practices that leave you feeling energised rather than further burning out you.

You’ll also begin to build your emotional regulation toolkit with gentle practices that support your parasympathetic nervous system - the state in which you feel relaxed, your body heals, and your heart is open.

Two: Capacity is where you grow.

This is where your energy starts to expand, and resilience builds through tools that slip into your day without demanding a major lifestyle overhaul.

The second month we begin to delve deeper into the subconscious stories of your mind and unprocessed emotions in your nervous system.

We’ll uncover and rewrite limiting beliefs and core fears that are holding you back, and work through a range of emotional release tools to help you process old emotions safely, so that your past is no longer dictating your future.

You’ll be responding (not reacting) to challenges in your day, feeling stronger and more grounded within yourself - this is where real confidence begins.

You’ll continue to build your emotional regulation toolkit with energising practices that fuel your sympathetic nervous system in all the right ways, the state in which you feel motivated, excited and creative!

Three: Integrate everything you've learnt, for a lifetime!

This is where the deeper identity work takes place. Boundaries begin to hold, choices feel steady, and a vision for what’s next grows from a grounded place.

In the last month, you’ll being to make decisions from a place of faith instead of fear, and feel more connected to a bigger vision for your life - be it personally or professionally.

You’ll notice what it feels like to reconnect to more moments of joy, play, pleasure, and presence in your life and relationships. This is key for our female nervous system to feel safe, happy & healthy.
